Fresh, delicious meals, ready to eat
Welcome to the Kitchen
By now, millions of people have trained with Tony Horton, be it through his internationally best-selling fitness programs or in person at one of his many fitness events.
But, as he’ll be the first to tell you, working out is only half the battle. Sure, Tony exercises 5 or 6 times a week, but he also eats a top-notch diet filled with fresh, organic, healthy food: lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and free-range chicken and wild fish. In other words, he knows that to be at his best, hitting the gym isn’t enough. He needs to take it to the Kitchen.
But here's the rub...
Giving that advice is easy. Acting on it is another story. In a perfect world, we’d all be master chefs with access to an abundance of fresh, organic foods. We’d also have all the time we need to whip them up into delicious, healthy dishes. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case. We’re a busy society. Few of us have the time or inclination to spend that much time in the kitchen.
Making matters worse are the many “easy” options out there. Supermarkets offer convenience foods packed with sodium, sugar and fat. Furthermore, fast food chains feed those “on the go” with greasy burgers and fries that add to your waistline, but do nothing for your health or wellbeing.
So you have a busy lifestyle and you want a healthy diet. What’s a person to do? Surely, there must be some way to balance your ambition and your nutrition!
